This is a very beautiful fresh water boat that has had incredible care.  You will have a very hard time finding a cleaner or better maintained vessel.

C&C is the company that set the standard for the rest of the industry on making a great sailing, well built dual purpose boat.. Starting forward, there is a vee berth with shelves on both side and storage underneath for all your gear.  There is a privacy curtain and a large overhead hatch for light and ventilation.

Next aft to port is the head.  She has a bi-fold door that can either close off just the head, or separate the head and the vee berth together for dressing. She has manual water and a marine head with a holding tank.  The head has storage under the sink and behind the head for your gear. There is an opening port and a solar vent for that "always fresh" ventilation.

Across from the head is a large hanging lock closed with a zippered canvas door.

Next aft is the salon with port and starboard settees.  There is a beautiful drop leaf dining table which folds down from the forward bulkhead. There is storage behind and above both settees, and more storage under the port settee.  The port settee folds out to form a double berth for guests. The cabin has a warm traditional feel with the teak and holly floor and the beautiful dark blue cushions.

The galley is aft of the salon and to starboard.  The microwave has been built into the cabinetry under the stove in a custom installation.  The stove is pressurized alcohol with two burners and has a cutting board on top when not in use.   The ice box is large and deep with a sliding bin across the top for ease of access.  She has a deep S.S. sink with a manual water system with a foot pump.  The pump has been adapted to also pump out the icebox with the simple turn of a valve.

There are reading lights over each settee and an overhead fluorescent light in the main salon.  There are two speakers for the AM/FM cassette stereo in the salon.

Aft of the salon to port is a roomy quarterberth with its own reading light.

There are screens for all opening ports and the companionway.
