1995 Carver 280 Express 

  The wide open, bright and spacious interior represents a great example of what Carver can do with a boat. The full width vee berth forward has lots of room for two adults with a privacy curtain. The galley is along the port side of the boat with a convertible settee on the starboard side. She has an enclosed head with pressure hot and cold water w/shower, manual head with  holding tank, sink with mirrors. 

The galley has a stainless steel sink, built-in microwave, dual-voltage refrigerator, 2-burner elect/ alcohol stove. Refrigerator was replaced last year. There is lots of galley storage and more storage under the dinette. The starboard side dinette seats 6, lowers and has cushions to convert to a large double berth (6' x 3'4"). Forward V berth measures 5' x 6' w/ color coordinated pillows and privacy curtain, additional storage under v berth. Aft cabin has double berth 6'6" x 4'4" with privacy curtain and storage Cabin fans (3) add to the ventilation.

The cabin has never been smoked in! No pets have ever been on board. Hanging locker (closet)  for shoreside needs.

The cockpit now becomes an extension of the interior with the new camper back.  With both windows that can be rolled up and screens, the camper really extends the use of the cockpit.  The wrap around settee and moveable table add to its attraction.
