1974 Ericson 35

Catalina 30 waiting at the dock  This is a very well cared for (always freshwater) boat of Ericson's very popular classic.  This series is well known for its sailing abilities and the amazing room for its long and lean styling..  There are 6 opening ports for ventilation and a lot of light for an open and very usable interior.  This particular boat is in very good condition. All of the hatches and the companionway are kept freshly varnished.

The forward cabin  has a spacious vee berth forward with "tons" of storage. Next aft is the head to port with storage across to starboard.

Next aft is the salon, with a U-shaped dinette to port and a settee to starboard.  The dinette converts to a large double berth.  There are beautiful built-in cabinets and shelves behind the dinette and settee for additional storage. There is generous storage throughout the boat.

She has a  S.S. sink, cold pressure water system, great counter space, plenty of storage for all of your galley equipment and a nice sized icebox. There is a two burner gimballed alcohol stove with oven. Aft and to port (behind the nav station) is the spacious quarterberth.

All new interior cushions and covers were custom done in 1998.
