A great liveaboard layout with two private staterooms and two heads. The master stateroom is aft with a large centerline island queen bed. There are two large hanging lockers and lots of other storage for the necessities of of life. There is private access to the head with shower and great ventilation. There are a couple of opening hatches and several opening ports in the aft cabin for light and ventilation. There is storage on both sides of the cabin, with a huge storage area under the berth itself. The present owner has made custom fitted bedding (sheets, comforters and pillow with shams) that will go with the boat.
As you move forward, the aft head is to port of the companionway and the walk through galley is to starboard. There is a refrigerator with freezer built into the bulkhead and a large icebox further forward. She has a 3 burner gimbaled CNG stove with oven, a built in microwave, a double stainless steel sink, a manual pump and hot and cold pressure water. There is lots of storage and plenty of counter space. All disher and pots and pans will stay with the boat.
The engine is in a compartment that forms the base of the companionway. It is accessible from all four sides. This make routine maintenance and inspection a breeze.
Next forward to port is the aft facing nav station with plenty of space for all the electronics. This location at the base of the companionway makes it most accessible from the cockpit.
The main salon features a huge wrap around dining area to starboard and a settee to port. The port settee easily converts into a spacious berth, and the dinette also could sleep an additional guest. There is a teak and holly cabin sole, white walls with hardwood trim, giving the the cabin an open yet traditional feeling. The forward cabin is a guest stateroom with a private head with shower, private hanging locker and plenty of room to dress and read in privacy.
