1977 Morgan 33 Out Island

Hunter 40 waiting for you at the dock ......   The first thing that you notice as you come below is the spaciousness of the interior of this boat. Then it strikes you how clean and well maintained it is. This boat has been take care of. It has only been in Fresh Water since new.

Starting forward, there is a generous vee berth with access to the anchor locker forward. There is a large overhead hatch with a screen, and a cover for the hatch for light and privacy. The berth has a set of custom sheets that fit the berth, a nice decorative lamp and storage along the passageway.

The enclosed head is next aft to starboard. There is a manual head with holding tank, S.S. sink with hot and cold pressurized water. Included are all of the supplies for the head that you will need, including TP, a fan, a garbage can, mirror, hand towels an wash clothes.

Across the passageway from the head, are hanging lockers and drawer for lots of storage.

Next aft is the huge salon. It features a large L-shaped dinette to starboard. The table has a folding leaf at each end. The salon also has a settee all along the port side of the boat. There are large drawers under the dinette and settee for accessible storage. There are shelves on both sides behind the settees for storage and accessories.

The U-shaped galley is to port at the base of the companionway. As you wrap around there is a large S.S. sink, the roomy icebox, then a 2 burner alcohol stove with oven (gimballed) with easy to use pressure tank, with a cutting board that fits on the top of stove for level surface in any sea condition. It then has more counterspace with storage underneath.

Across to starboard is a large hanging locker with the quarterberth behind it. All of the extras come with the boat. The microwave, toaster, fans, dinner plate, salad plates, bowls, lots of cups of all sizes, eating utensils, Kitchen utensils, ceramic heaters, Shark hand vacuum, towels, temperature gauge for the oven .. all of the wall decorations, pillows, rugs and even the cleaning supplies.
