  This fine vessel is solidly built, roomy and sails great.  Watkins were quality built in Florida and offer a great value over more well known, but lesser quality vessels.  With new genoa, all new instruments, spinnaker, refrigeration, hot and cold water, all new interior cushions, autopilot, wheel steering and roller furling .......... this boat is an incredible deal. She has a fiberglass floor with teak and holly inlaid panel.   There is built-in storage everywhere!  And there is lots of light and ventilation with lots of opening hatches and 8 opening ports with accordian style blinds for privacy.

There is a vee berth forward with a roomy berth,  hanging locker and plenty of storage for your gear.  There are built in shelves along both sides for your nighttime accessories. Access to the anchor locker is in the forward corner.  Storage is under the berth. Overhead is a large hatch with screen for light and ventilation.

The roomy head is next aft to port.  She has hot and cold water, a shower with a sump, lots of storage, an overhead hatch and an opening port for light and ventilation.

Next aft is the salon with a settees to port and starboard with a dining table with a drop leaf,  which folds down from the forward bulkhead.  The port settee slides out to form a double berth for additional guests.  There are storage racks neatly hidden behind the table when it is in the folded up position for plates and cups..  The upholstery thoughout was recently replaced with a very nice muted fabric.  She has a very nice Trident clock and barometer. There is storage behind both settees and in storage cabinets built in on both sides of the salon. 

Aft on starboard is the galley. She has a deep oversize S.S. sink almost on the centerline with hot and cold pressure water. There is a surface mounted Origo two burner alcohol stove with cutting board, a microwave oven, a large ice box with refrigeration and dockside water.  There is storage built in behind and under the stove and the sink, and a teak rack over the icebox for more dish storage.

She also has a nice sized quarter berth aft on the port side for additional guests or storage.

Single spreader aluminum rig, stepped on the deck, Hood LD815 roller furling, mainsail with Dutchman main flaking system with topping lift, cruising spinnaker,  Hood 150 genoa dacron (new in 1996), Johnson 110 lapper with rope luff for furler,  .
 

Engine and Mechanical
Inboard Yanmar 2GM 20 18hp FWC diesel engine, two battery system, 12V and 110V systems, automatic Guest 15 amp battery charger (new in 1998), bilge blower, manual bilge pump, automatic bilge pump, engine alarm, manual head with holding tank, Tank Watch system for the holding tank, 2 fire extinquishers, solar exhaust vent in main cabin,
