   A true classic, this Cape Dory design is easily handled by one person in any conditons.  The full keel with attached rudder makes this solid yacht track like a dream. Cape Dory's famous quality shows in the beautiful craftsmanship, the oversized fittings, the opening bronze portholes and the hand laid fiberglass hull. This boat has led a shelter life, has always been fresh water and has always been sailed in Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin.

The vee berth forward has an overhead hatch and two opening ports for light and ventilation.  Next aft is the head to port, and a hanging locker to starboard. with a privacy curtain between the head and the vee berth.  There is also a folding privacy door between both the head and the salon.  The salon has both port and starboard settees which double as berths. There removeable pedestal dining table and storage behind and below the berths.  The head has a porcelain toilet with a new large 15 gallon holding tank, with pump out/ with controls for offshore sailing.

The cushions in the salon and the vee berth are teal and almost new, as are the cockpit cushions.

The galley is formed with the counter top for the 2-burner camp stove to port and the sink to starboard.  There is an icebox under the companionway steps. The roomy cockpit has two huge lazerettes for tons of storage.  She has manual water system and ample storage.
