1979 Ericson 29

This Ericson is immaculately maintained. There are 10+ coats of varnish on the mahagony hatches and the companionway boards. She has a diesel engine, roller furling, wheel steering , new dodger and lots of other upgrades.

Ericson makes a very useable, light and bright interior. This 29 has a roomy vee berth forward with custom made fitted sheets. There is a hanging locker and lots of storage. Next aft to starboard is a fully enclosed head. Ericson is well known for its beautiful mahagony interiors which give their boats a light and airy feeling. There is brand new white berber carpeting in the salon and new custom curtains. The mahagony dining table folds up against the forward bulkhead to give the salon a spacious feeling and yet when in use can comfortable feed 4 to 5 persons. The is a separate folding mahagony nav station. There is 6'1" headroom throughout the main salon.

She will comfortably sleep five to six. The large double vee berth is forward with a large overhead hatch for great ventilation. The dinette converts to sleep two and the settee make an additional single. There is a quarterberth behind the nav station. There are screens for the hatches and the companionway.

The galley has manual water system, a large ice box, gimballed alcohol stove and deep S.S. sink.

Mainsail and genoa were professional refurbished in 1995.

The hull, keel and rudder were completely professionally refurbished by Larsen Marine in 1996. They were completely stripped to the gelcoat, dried and barrier coated at a cost of $4500.00. The boat is better than new.
