1983 Wauquiez Hood 38 Mk I 

New to the market. World class quality.  Striking good looks.  Famous performance under any sea conditions.

The forward stateroom has a large vee berth forward with filler cushion and private access to the forward head.  There are shelves on both port and starboard and a large hanging locker.  Opposite the head is a large hanging locker and another storage cabinet.to convert to a double berth and a settee to port.  There is a drop leaf dining table inbetween.  The galley is aft to starboard.

Opposite to port is the sit down nav station has lots room for all controls and electronics and builtin electronics.

The L-shaped galley is aft to starboard with double S.S. centerline sinks, Eno gimbaled 2 burner propane stove with oven, Seaward proplane solenoid safety switch, safety alert gas detector, all new in 1992. IB 50hp Perkins 4-108  FWC diesel , large new alternator with original alternator as a spare, new 3 blade Max prop with original 2 blade prop as spare, fuel filters, 40 gal. fuel tank.  New engine mounts installed in 1996, engine aligned 1996, new hoses throughout, new sea strainer 1996.Wheel steering; manual bilge pump; fuel filters (replaced 2000); raw water sea strainer (new and upgraded in 1998); engine wiring harness; approx. 8 years old large  alternator (original spare alternator); engine driven bilge pump.   Main head replaced (new 2000).
